These classes do not replace TREC Legal Update I or II, required contract-related coursework, Broker Responsibility or separate REALTOR® Association requirements.

No. Our classes are designed to provide elective continuing education credit toward your Texas real estate license renewal requirements. They do not replace Legal Update I, Legal Update II, required contract-related coursework, or the Broker Responsibility course when applicable. Texas license holders generally need 18 total CE hours during each renewal period.ption text goes here

Yes. Please bring a valid photo ID and make sure the name and TREC license number provided during registration match your TREC record. TREC requires CE providers to verify student identity and maintain attendance records for classroom courses.

Because TREC requires providers to verify that students are present for the instructional time for which CE credit is awarded, we strongly recommend arriving early and being prepared to stay for the entire class. Late arrival or early departure may make you ineligible to receive credit for the course.

After you successfully complete the course, the CE provider will submit your completion information to TREC electronically. TREC requires providers to report completion no later than 10 calendar days after the course is completed, although we intend to submit qualifying completions as promptly as possible.
